Of Mice and Men

OK, I’m supposed to be planning my daily menu, thinking – how do I lose weight? I’m really not a planner. I plan to eat when I’m hungry. Now I have to think about what will help me lose weight? Give me a break! I can’t even decide what to have for breakfast in the morning. Some days, it’s just so difficult to decide, I give up altogether and skip breakfast completely.
