Nutrition is key to the healthy, to lose weight. Polyphenols form a large group of powerful antioxidants. They are found in the plant foods that we eat. They are also the ultimate diet food. We get most of our antioxidants from fruits and vegetables, only a few from vitamins. To lose weight, keep plants in your diet. Remember what your mother always told you – eat your vegetables!
